We strive to bring a fresh perspective on food to our community.
We love to be able to offer you grab & go lunch options, such as wraps, salads, soups, paninis, herbal tea, fresh juice and low glycemic sweet treats.  
We have daily lunch specials, meal prep and catering. 
All food prepared in house by Chef Amber Roth of Kitchen Creations To Go. 

We have a sizable classroom adjacent to our market where we plan to offer community education for enhancing your well-being. See the classes tab for the current schedule of offerings! 

Also on site is Your Nature Care Studio, a wellness consulting business operated by Kelly McGee - a Traditional Naturopath, Herbalist and Massage Therapist (LA #3569). Kelly facilitates some of our classes, and is available

for one-on-one sessions. 

In our Market, you will find products and artwork from the local community. We are open to new vendor relationships. Feel free to contact us if you are a local artisan and you would like to display your items for sale.
