Some of you may recognize Amber from her food booth at the Madisonville and Abita Farmers Market. Kitchen Creations to go also appears annually at Ponchatoula Trade Days and is famous for their Gouda Stuffed Burgers and Shrimp & Grits. She brings a southern-comfort food flair to Folsom Market, and exercises her creative culinary muscles to give your fresh healthy lunch options with lots of flavor and originality.
