Herbal Applications 102

This class will cover external applications, such as poultices, compresses, and infused oils. We will practice creating a castor oil pack for optimal belly health. Each participant takes their pack home with instructions for further use. If possible, bring a heating pad or hot water bottle.

The four parts of the Herbal Application class series are designed to be taken together, but they can be taken separately. The classes repeat in the fall and the spring.
