What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese relaxation and stress reduction technique that promotes healing. It is administered by simple passive touch and can be learned and practiced by anyone. Reiki is based on the belief that we are given vitality by an unseen life force or energy which can vibrate at the optimal frequency, helping us to achieve health and happiness, or at a lower frequency, which can cause our lives to be out of balance, and thereby instigate stress or illness. Reiki can help you balance all aspects of life - mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual!
