Yoga and Sound Therapy

This 90 Minute class starts with gentle movement and breath work and moves into a stretchy gentle flow restorative yoga practice. The class will conclude with sound therapy instruments to help balance the nervous system during meditation in a restorative pose. This class is great for all levels of yoga - beginner, intermediate or advanced.

About your instructor: Lindsay's goal is to inspire people to lean into the discomfort of life where they will discover their own personal strength, happiness, and growth. She strives to create a safe space to inspire self-love, reflection, stillness, and renewal. She has taught in studios, gyms, on location, via Zoom, and freelance since 2017. She currently offers pop-ups, 1:1, and group classes on location, or on Zoom and company wellness
